Rant Post! Warning: Rants may contain Spoilers

Are there any books or series that just get you so riled up because you were disappointed by something or upset by the ending? Comment yours and discuss what it was and why.

The Lorien Legacies series:

I read it in middle school and got obsessed but everything went downhill in the books after the Fall of Five. First, they killed off my favorite character: Eight, and then the books weren't as interesting. Although I know it is realistic that at the end of the war, the characters were broken and scarred, it didn't give me any closure and I just hated it. It took me a long time to get over that.

The Divergent Series:

The last book, Allegiant, was awful. I despised it. It felt so boring especially compared to the other books and it just felt like fact after fact after fact was getting thrown at us with no action or excitement. Then it started to pick up at the end and Tris died. She died. The only reason I had kept going with that book and didn't abandon any efforts to finish it was because I had wanted to read it before the movie came out but wow... That book was a huge disappointment. Then, the movie came and it was so different. Tris didn't even die in the movie and that was a major plot in the book. Anyways that was that.
